Maison-atelier du peintre Amédée Ozenfant, Paris, France, 1922
The free façade. Standardization of the window elements at the human scale. Unity of the ensemble.

Frame of reinforced concrete and double walls consisting of 2 partitions each 1 5/8 in. thick, sprayed-on by means of a "cement gun". The problem must be clearly stated; the typical requirements of a dwelling must be determined and then resolved as is done with railway coaches, tools, etc.
