Invitation au voyage — Arte documentary

“My sketch isn’t very good”, said Le Corbusier, the great architect of purity, when he arrived in Naples in 1911. Despite a bad sketch, stopping off in Naples was a good idea: the city with its thousand-year-old foundations acted as a revelation of modernity for the young man.
