National Architecture Days 2025

The National Architecture Days, organized by the Ministry of Culture, aim to raise public awareness of contemporary architecture by revealing its richness and impact on everyday life. They encourage artistic awareness and highlight the cultural and social contribution of architecture. The program includes meetings, visits, exhibitions, and workshops to discover architecture in all regions.

The theme of the 10th edition is “everyday architecture” and will take place from October 16 to 19, 2025, throughout France.

• Maison La Roche, Paris
  • Saturday, October 18
    • The Fondation Le Corbusier is organizing free 30-minute guided tours, with no reservation required (15 people per tour). The first tour starts at 10 a.m., and the last at 5:30 p.m. The guided tour will allow you to discover the history of this century-old villa built by Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret for Raoul La Roche. The photography exhibition Maisons La Roche et Jeanneret — Regards sur les intérieurs will show you the architectural complex as it was in the 1920s.

    • The annual Monument, jeux d’enfant event invites you to explore architecture in a fun way through LEGO® brick building games.

• Promenade architecturale à Boulogne-Billancourt
  • Saturday, October 18
    • The Boulogne-Billancourt tourist office is organizing architectural walks. You will discover the facades of four villas from the 1920s and the Molitor building (1931-1934), designed by Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret.

• Chapelle Notre-Dame du Haut, Ronchamp

    • To celebrate the chapel’s 70th anniversary: free admission for people born in 1955 and under the age of 19. Valid for the chapel and for the retrospective exhibitions Le regard d’hier, la chapelle en image (Yesterday’s gaze, the chapel in images); Les voix d’aujourd’hui, la chapelle en parole (Today’s voices, the chapel in words); Retour sur le chantier de restauration (A Look Back at the Restoration Project) and Construire et conserver (Building and Preserving).

    • As part of the 70th anniversary of the inauguration of the Notre-Dame du Haut chapel, the film Le Corbusier à Chandigarh – la force de l’utopie (Le Corbusier in Chandigarh – The Power of Utopia) by Swiss filmmakers Karin Bucher and Thomas Karrer will be screened in the presence of the directors. It provides a rich and fascinating account of the avant-garde vision developed by Le Corbusier in the 1950s to imagine the city of the future.
